I can't agree with the other reviews. The access point is located in the K-Kiosk, and delivery and pickup went smoothly.

We're looking for a package that appears to have been delivered. I was home that day, and no one rang the doorbell. According to the email, the package was then dropped off at the service point, and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there! I'm very disappointed ❗️
