I had a wonderful dining experience at Restaurant Eule. The food was hearty and satisfying — classic European comfort food done right. The meatballs with mashed potatoes were tender and flavorful, and the rich brown gravy complemented them perfectly. The vol-au-vent with mushrooms and fries was also a delicious choice, offering a creamy and savory taste that felt homemade. The sausage with onion gravy and pasta was another highlight — a simple yet well-balanced dish. And the Caprese salad with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil made for a refreshing starter. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A great place to enjoy a relaxed meal with generous portions. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Very well maintained restaurant. Everything is perfected to the smallest detail. You can understand their concept. Luxuriously crafted menus and perfectly prepared food with a very friendly attitude. Portions are large (unusual for Switzerland) and I had to ask for a box😄. The prices are absolutely normal…actually way below what I usually paid. For the portion you can see on my picture the price is 25 CHF. I don't know what to add more….except it's perfect. Well done!👌
Wonderful restaurant and delicious food. Is kid friendly and the restaurant is very cozy and beautiful. The service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Every time I visit Switzerland, I make sure to experience Restaurant Eule. On my recent stop in Horw, I had the pleasure of dining there again, this time with friends. As always, the food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. We were served by an exceptionally friendly waitress, who spoke both English and Spanish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to stop by and treat themselves to a wonderful meal at Eule.
Great food. Really like the beef. Staff were very nice
