After the severe weather in Hagendorn, I called the company Gallo, which was recommended to me by Toroclean. I asked if they could pick up and clean a carpet runner that was completely soaked with water and lying behind the house. Since we are currently on vacation abroad and someone downstairs had been asked to help because we couldn't do it ourselves, the woman said yes, a Mr. ... would get in touch. We are still waiting for the phone call today, even though I reminded her it was urgent. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company, Gallo.
Today, Friday, May 23, 2025, a Gallo employee was working with a leaf blower at our patio in Cham. He not only did a very clean job, but also lovingly cleaned up the soil that the birds had dug out of our flowerpots, all without anyone asking. This small gesture made a big difference to us. His work was attentive, considerate, and heartfelt – simply wonderful. We would also like to thank the entire Gallo team for their consistently careful and friendly service. A huge thank you to the team and our thoughtful little hero of today. A true gem!
This company has been working for us for years, and no one has ever managed to do their job properly. I don't understand where they keep getting their staff from. It seems to me like they're not even trained for this profession. Absolutely unprofessional. Furthermore, no one ever speaks German or English. You always have to be able to speak Italian or Spanish yourself. Because of this, you can't even communicate properly with them. So, I haven't had a good experience with this company.
If all employees of this company behave in public like the man who drove the Volvo - AG 111 276 at the car wash in Muri on Sunday, then I offer a very heartfelt thank you! It really couldn't be more selfish and brazen. Perhaps employees should be made aware that their behavior in their off-duty hours (in the company car) also reflects on the company's overall image!
Received a completely overpriced offer; they wanted 1850 CHF for a pre-cleaned (broom-clean) 3.5 room move-out apartment cleaning – a rip-off and absolutely not recommended!
Absolutely not recommended. Specific tasks are repeatedly not completed but invoiced anyway.
