Lunch Thursday, February 19, 2026 Today we had a wonderful lunch at your restaurant, and we'd like to leave you some detailed, positive feedback. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the food: the ingredients were fresh, aromatic, and carefully selected. It's clear that the kitchen places great emphasis on quality products and harmonious combinations. The seasoning was also excellent – balanced, subtly nuanced, and delicious. The cooking times of the individual components were perfect, which further enhanced the enjoyment. The ambiance of the restaurant also contributed significantly to our feeling comfortable. The tranquil atmosphere, the pleasant surroundings, and the thoughtful design of the space made the visit truly enjoyable and inviting. It's a place where one can happily linger and savor the meal in peace. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience that will remain a positive memory. Our stay at the Hotel Krone in Huttwil was simply wonderful! From the very first moment, we felt welcome and completely at home. The hotel is designed with incredible love and passion – every detail is just right. Our family room on the top floor was a real highlight: spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The common area with a large table, sofa, and a coffee and tea station is particularly lovely – it felt like a little home away from home. The food was outstanding – fresh, creative, and cooked with lots of heart. You can feel the high quality and passion behind every dish. A big compliment to the hosts Caroline and Simon: warm, authentic, and attentive – their hospitality made the stay special. The tour of the wine cellar was also very nice. A place to relax, enjoy, and return. Highly recommended!👑
We attended the wine and dine event. The cuisine is award-winning and absolutely top-notch. The wines were perfectly paired. I'm proud of the Kronen team. The Bird's Nest room is not only stunningly beautiful but also quiet and comfortable. For brunch, we had rösti with a fried egg and eggs Benedict. That's how every day should start.
Our stay at the Hotel Krone in Huttwil was simply fantastic! From the first minute to the last, we felt completely at home and welcomed. The hotel only opened in September, and you can feel the passion and heart and soul that went into it in every detail. The rooms are decorated with incredible attention to detail – each one a small work of art in its own right. We were able to stay in the family room at the top: WOW! A common room with a large table, sofa, comfortable chairs, and a tea and coffee station... it was like a little home away from home. Perfect for families or groups who want a little more space. The food? An absolute highlight! Every meal was a delight – fresh, creative, and prepared to the highest standards. You can taste the quality and attention to detail. A very special thank you goes to our hosts Caroline and Simon – two warm, authentic, and friendly people! You can tell they are passionate about what they do. Their commitment and hospitality make the stay something truly special. Another highlight was the personal tour of the wine cellar – even though it wasn't quite finished yet, we were able to get a fascinating look behind the scenes. We're already looking forward to seeing it finished on our next visit. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend the Hotel Krone.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, and well-maintained. We felt right at home.
