I can't judge the work itself, but I would absolutely never hire them. This is because this company has employed someone who has endangered the lives of numerous people with his driving style and likely does so repeatedly. Today on the motorway from St. Gallen towards Zurich: overtaking on the right, squeezing in with far too little space, driving much too fast, tailgating, and verbally abusing other drivers. A complete no-go! It's both dangerous and damaging to the company's reputation. As a manager, I would consider taking action.
