Many of the people at this company are not good professionals! The personal taxes we had assistance with before the epidemic were handled with no problems. Taxes that we had to deal with during the epidemic not only took months to process, but also did not have the recommended results! Also had a hold up on our various insurance's while having us sign an escrow agreement and not getting a timely and better proposal! Also paid more than quoted! !!! 2+ years later taxes made to resubmit all information! This company was very unkindly told it was not in their scope of service!!! We are very disappointed, no Swiss quality at all!!! Not to be recommended!
