The Holzher brand is really great; I've been working with their machines for 8 years, but the support has deteriorated in recent years. I've sent several emails with no response, and when I call to schedule service appointments, they say, "Yes, yes, I'll check with the technician and get back to you," still no news (3 months later). They really need to improve their after-sales service.
