As the opposing party, they send letters, but when you want to look into something, nobody is reachable (always on vacation or simply not responsible). M. Ammann or O. Köhl are the contact numbers, and it's a recurring problem. Other law firms say it's very difficult to deal with this firm... They just collect fees and are never present.
Mr. Ammann provided me with excellent advice and support. Communication was seamless; I was kept informed of the current status without having to ask, and I was involved in all decisions. I can wholeheartedly recommend this law firm.
They ignore emails. So they're useless if you need help and don't live nearby. Sounds like Freemasonry tactics: silence and/or collecting money, thereby losing clients and cases. Or simply ignoring them. But you can't expect much these days anyway.
Unfortunately, I have to give this lawyer a bad review. He takes tons of money upfront and then doesn't do his work! Stay away from him!
It's simply amazing how they ask about everything and follow up; they do everything within their power to help. Simply excellent.
A lawyer needs information without having properly verified it beforehand. That's embarrassing.
