The Elektra cooperative has provided fantastic support to our football club – we would like to express our sincere gratitude! This commitment to the local community is truly remarkable and demonstrates how much they value the region and its clubs. The communication was always friendly and straightforward, and we, as a club, felt genuinely appreciated. We are deeply grateful for their support!
Truly excellent customer service! The team is always dedicated and strives to find a suitable solution for every request, even in more challenging cases. 😉 …
My opinion: until mid-2025 The company is very disorganized and its procedures are highly unprofessional. Emails are riddled with typos, and employees sometimes seem to lack competence themselves. Being taken seriously is rare. Ms. Lieb came across as very toxic. Narcissistic and quick to raise her voice, even when she's wrong. My statements are deliberately taken out of context and brazenly used against me, in the hope of making them look bad. Outrageous insinuations are commonplace. But during the initial contact, they were hypocritically friendly.
Problem with incorrectly addressed electricity bill - prompt and careful handling of the case upon inquiry - excellent, very customer-friendly, keep it up!
I had a problem with HKN and Pronova, but an email to Elektra and Ms. K.J. from customer service resolved the issue promptly and within a very short time. I wish all Elektra customers this exceptionally positive experience. Thanks again.
The municipality of Krauchthal has experienced repeated, massive power outages, just like today. The last outage in December 2024 lasted a staggering OVER 24 hours straight. There was neither a warning nor an apology, let alone any understanding or accommodation. Meanwhile, the rates have increased eightfold within a year. On top of that, there are new charges for alleged purchases of additional generators. Question: Were these even purchased? Given that there's another power outage right now. My attempt to contact them by phone ended in disaster; I was accused of being spoiled as a resident of Switzerland. They conveniently forgot how high the price is! If anyone living in Krauchthal happens to see this post, consider it a plea not to pay the last quarterly bill, as Electra is incapable of fulfilling its service and has no decent customer service whatsoever. If it were possible, I would give them negative stars; Electra doesn't even deserve one!
