I just saw on my online bill that I owe an additional CHF 2.95 because I paid the last bill at the post office counter... Seriously? Is this what customer service looks like? Tip: Just hide the fees (which, as far as I know, are less expensive for you) in the already absurdly high basic fees!! What a shame, sorry!!!
It is regrettable that extensive discussions and the toleration of inappropriate racist comments were necessary to find a solution. By 2024, we should have long since moved beyond such challenges. It is disappointing to observe that respect and kindness are not taken for granted in a professional environment. The fact that such attitudes and behaviors are tolerated speaks volumes about the company culture. A company that condones such attitudes sends a clear signal about its values and priorities.
I was having a pretty stressful day, as I urgently needed a stable internet connection for my home office. Renet in Burgdorf really came to my rescue! I received professional and friendly advice, and despite the time pressure, they managed to solve my problem the same day.
I was treated unacceptably and confronted with racist remarks at the reception in Burgdorf. Because of my Turkish heritage, I was told that this wasn't the Turkish Bazaar because I only wanted more information about an excessively high electricity bill. I agree with the other reviews and believe that the staff's behavior should not be tolerated. A report might be appropriate to prevent such incidents in the future.
I must apologize for today's phone call to reception. Despite my frustration with the electricity bill, the lady remained completely professional and helped me resolve the issue. They have also been very helpful in the past, twice before, when I needed internet assistance. In my opinion, they are incredibly friendly and competent staff. 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you very much!
All vagrants, they sent me my gas bill. Effective November 22, these rip-off companies raised the gas price from 12.53 cents to 20.61 cents. Suddenly, I used 583 cubic meters in November, and they charged me the full surcharge, even though the 583 cubic meters were from previous months. This scam needs to be investigated immediately. I'm reporting this to the relevant authorities.
