I am extremely disappointed with BlitzUmzug GmbH, who damaged my furniture. Their employees recklessly and unprofessionally shoved the furniture into the truck, causing significant damage. Their lack of care and attention is unacceptable. Furthermore, they failed to fulfill their agreed-upon services, such as disassembling and reassembling the furniture or packing it with protective materials. The lack of suitable tools for assembly/disassembly is also unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise against using their services. The promises made beforehand were not kept, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing.

The house cleaning wasn't done properly. Everything was cleaned with glass cleaner, including the floors. Water would certainly have been more suitable. It was great that my criteria were taken seriously, and someone was immediately dispatched to do the follow-up cleaning.
