When the work is completed, it is completed perfectly. However, communication with the company is extremely poor. Emails such as "I would like to order" or "I would like a quote for xy" are generally perceived as disruptive and go unanswered. Requests to carry out standing orders are completely ignored, and phone calls are rarely returned if the contact person cannot be reached. The company is too preoccupied with itself and has a major problem with administrative processes. Unfortunately, customers are not perceived or recognized as such; it takes an extremely creative media mix to even get in touch with the company. Perhaps private customers aren't even of interest to the company. What a shame.
