We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Kirchberg Pet Crematorium. The empathy and loving nature of the woman who assisted us were exactly what we needed in such a difficult moment. It made the whole experience a little more bearable, and we would like to thank her again sincerely for that. We especially appreciated that Leon was allowed to stay in his basket until the cremation. Later, we collected both the urn and his basket. This thoughtful approach was very comforting.

With heavy hearts, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Tachango on November 4, 2025. It was clear to us that we wanted Tachango back home. After only two days, on the morning of November 6, 2025, we received the wonderful news that our Tachango could come home. We went to Kirchberg to pick him up that same day. With great sensitivity and a genuine love for their work, we were able to hold him in our arms again. Even the small token of comfort, forget-me-not flower seeds, gives us solace and is very much appreciated. We are very grateful for the prompt and caring support our Tachango received.
