Good product, terrible customer service Apparently, one item was unavailable when I ordered. I received a partial refund without any explanation. On the same day (3 days before the shipping confirmation), I emailed the address listed for exactly these kinds of issues (requesting a different item in the package to avoid additional shipping costs. I wanted to pay immediately via TWINT...). No response. The goods arrived, but the ordered item wasn't even marked as unavailable; it was simply removed from the order. To this day (1.5 weeks later), I haven't received a response to my email. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. - After my review, bei-pharm AG contacted me immediately. Their response was consistently friendly and solution-oriented. Many thanks for handling the situation.
