I received very competent and honest information, completely uncomplicated. In my opinion, the staff were friendly and personable, which is anything but a given these days. I only paid a few cents per A4 for my PDFs, and that was without any flat fee. The print quality is very high, in my opinion. Various payment options are also offered. I can wholeheartedly recommend this branch; I'll gladly use it again. Best regards

I wanted to copy something, but I mixed it up. She was so cheeky and spoke to me in an unpleasant tone. I had to tell her “you can talk to me properly”. I felt so ashamed and kind of sad that someone could talk to me like that when they made a mistake.
