A complete waste of time. After scheduling an appointment and receiving a quote, I still haven't received any offer – even my inquiries were ignored. Anyone who operates like this during the proposal phase is not recommended. What a shame.
Many thanks to the entire team at Widmer Carpentry. During the renovation of our detached house, we had them extend the existing wooden ceiling to match the existing structure, and the result delights us and everyone who now enters the room. Friendly team, costs as quoted – everything was top-notch, and we would gladly use them again!
We gave Mr. Widmer the order for the windows. After six weeks, I tried to follow up by email and phone to find out when the work would start. He was unreachable. Then I received a message that the order had been forgotten and that we could cancel. We still wanted to proceed with Mr. Widmer, but every attempt to contact him was futile. He was unreachable again. It's a complete mess for us, so bad.
We had three skylights replaced. They did a fantastic job, were always punctual, and very competent and helpful. We would gladly use their services again.
