I was particularly impressed by the expert and friendly service. The employees take their time, listen to your requests, and explain everything patiently and clearly. The price-performance ratio is also excellent, and the after-sales service, including delivery and installation, was smooth and professional. I recently had to deal with a warranty claim for my device at the Fust store, and the behavior I encountered completely contradicts the concept of customer satisfaction. Charging a fee for a device under warranty is already questionable, as it violates customer service policies. However, this issue was resolved by customer service, and I was informed that the fee had been canceled. However, when I returned to the store to pick up my device, I was shocked by the employee's behavior. The employee spoke in a rude tone, didn't even let me explain my situation, raised his voice, and displayed downright mafia-like behavior bordering on threatening behavior. Furthermore, he crossed the physical barrier, bringing his face closer to mine, and creating a feeling of threat and discomfort. Even more disappointing was that when I researched Google reviews, I discovered that I wasn't alone. Other customers have also reported similarly poor treatment at this store and criticized the employees' rude behavior. This appears to be a systematic problem rather than an isolated incident. The fact that a company like Fust allows its employees to treat customers in this manner seriously damages the company's reputation. This behavior must be urgently investigated to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Conclusion: I will not shop at Fust in the future and cannot recommend this store to anyone.
I've read the reviews of Fust Langnau and don't agree with all of them. I've only had positive experiences. I've been served competently and friendly at every opportunity. The service, support, and advice couldn't be more consistent. It will be a pleasure for me to continue shopping at Fust Langnau or to seek advice from them. I can warmly recommend Fust Langnau.

I can't explain the bad reviews at all; I've known the branch manager personally for years. Were these reviews perhaps bought by competitors? I think it's more a case of "what goes around comes around." I used to work in customer service myself. It's unbelievable what's being offered these days! Very unfriendly service; my greeting was curtly returned. I needed a new vacuum cleaner nozzle for a Bosch vacuum cleaner I bought at Fust. They no longer had it, so they sold me a Miele one instead. When I asked if it would fit, he replied: not perfectly, but it'll work without any problems. Now I have a nozzle that keeps falling off, and I paid a price that would probably buy me a whole new vacuum cleaner...
