Absolutely incompetent staff. No clue about the products they sell. I wasted four hours of my life. And they offered no compensation, nor did they apologize for selling me the wrong products.
The branch manager was very helpful and competent. The appliance I wanted was only available as a display model, and they went to the trouble of checking with other branches. I really appreciated that. The trainee who helped me pick up the order was also very friendly and helpful.
Mr. Roger Ledergerber is competent, friendly, and remains calm even in hectic situations. He seeks and finds solutions. Mr. Ledergerber Roger would be the ideal branch manager at ID Langnau i.e. Such people belong in a leadership position! We give him 5 stars!!! Thank you.
