During our renovation, a lot of plastering was done – and Fabio's team completed it quickly, cleanly (as cleanly as plaster can be done), and with care. The result is great; we would definitely work with Marchese AG again!
The work itself (repairing cracks in the wall and the corresponding painting) was generally carried out very carefully and well. However, the billing is highly questionable: The plasterer/painter was at our place for 3.5 hours and also spent 1.5 hours doing repairs in a neighboring apartment during that time. However, we were then billed for 4 hours, plus travel expenses (which is fine), plus disposal costs. When we inquired, the senior manager gave us a flimsy excuse, claiming they had already offered a preferential price... It's a shame; a bad taste remains. We will not be using this company again in the future.
The work was carried out perfectly and the staff were very competent. The consultation was excellent. I'm extremely satisfied with the result.
