Extremely disappointed with this company! I hired them to clean an apartment between tenants, and everything seemed fine up until the initial quote. After the first visit, they only cleaned the windows and a few screens. After calling to let them know they'd forgotten the floors, they came back. That evening, I checked and found it was still very dirty and smelled strongly of cleaning products instead of clean. There were streaks of dirty water on the floor, the corners weren't cleaned, nor was the bathroom, the baseboards were still dusty, the door thresholds hadn't been cleaned, and the radiators could have used a good cleaning too. They stopped answering the phone, and the next day the new tenant arrived, so I cleaned everything myself. I received the full price bill, and there was no way to negotiate because, according to them, they would have come back 10 times if necessary. The only offer they made was to waive the VAT as a discount, so I informed them that I was paying the full price and added a Google review. I regret having used this company and I definitely do not recommend it.
