I came to unload some packaging for them. The man who came out to unload it immediately started yelling. The package was tilted. Then, an hour later, he came out and started unloading it, but he couldn't get the package out; he snagged it, damaged it, and started blaming me, then left.
At the goods reception, AN ID.OT...JUST SCREAMS. I THINK HE'S MENTALLY ILL.
I regularly visit the factory shop; it has a good selection at reasonable prices. The employees there are helpful and very friendly.
