Complete incompetence. 1. did not complete the job at the specified date, which delayed the move in of the new tenant. 2. did not complete the job on the 2nd date either... 3. promised to be done by a 3rd date 4. you guessed it...: 3rd time was not the charm. 5. falsely claimed they completed parts of the job. Bonus negative karma for: not being available for days by neither phone nor email.
