Amazing experience and best service!! My friends and I went to the shop to rent ski touring equipment, and one of the shop employees came to us and shared a lot of local knowledge about the area. He gave us the best service possible and helped us a lot with everything we needed.
Awesome shop, super helpful. I needed a buckle last minute for a race and they were able to find the right one.
My family and I have been coming here for years, Andi is a great guy that has great knowledge on both summer AND winter sports, he knows exactly what skis, snowboard, hiking boots or mountain bikes you need based on the things you tell him, he won’t take “good enough” for an answer as he always has something extra to try and fix the final flaw of your equipement. Even a couple days ago I bought new hiking boots, and as I was nervous as I want these to be my final boots for the next 20 years, he even told me that if they’re not perfect, I can just come back next year to work out the kinks. He doesn’t necessarily try to upsell you, he just genuinely wants you to have the best products that fit your needs. I will always go back to Bergluft for my mountain products.
