The initial measurements and consultations went smoothly, but unfortunately, much of what followed fell far short of our expectations. The quality of the installation left much to be desired. We had all the windows on the ground floor of our existing house replaced and opted for what we thought was a high-quality product. Unfortunately, it turned out that the installers themselves barely knew the system. For example, unnecessary holes were drilled in the visible area of the window frames, and an annoying scratching noise from the hinges couldn't be fixed even after several attempts to rectify it. Subsequent attempts to correct the mistakes unfortunately resulted in a botched installation of a glass backsplash in the kitchen. Now we have to constantly look at traces of adhesive whenever we're in the kitchen.
