Very difficult to work with. Pushy & demanding. Their product was spec'ed into a project in Georgia, and they were difficult to coordinate with. Product is of acceptable quality.

Panels ordered without a filter but received with one, so they had to be removed by hand; slats to be installed with the wrong fixing brackets – you order A, you receive B 😂 …
