I went to the Interdiscount store in Lyss because I urgently needed a new HP PC, and the online installment payment option kept failing for me. At home, I tried the application at least five times, but it always got stuck on the same page. That's why I went in person and printed out all the required documents. In the store, the installment payment process was restarted – with the exact same result: it failed again at the same point. Although I explained from the beginning that this problem had occurred multiple times, there was no attempt to find a solution, offer alternatives, or make any effort to help me. I even asked the seemingly unmotivated employee if I could try it on a different device, as it might be a problem with my phone. The only response was that there was nothing they could do. The lack of customer service was particularly disappointing, even though I clearly stated that I urgently needed a working computer. On a positive note, I'd like to mention another employee who quickly and easily helped me with the Wi-Fi, even though she was busy with something else. Overall, very disappointing. I expect at least some commitment from a specialist shop, regardless of whether it's Saturday or they're having a bad day. Not even the slightest willingness to find a solution.
Actually, 0 stars. Arrogant manager who can't even say hello. Now the 4th charging cable is broken again after just 2 months! She can't even listen first and swears that these cables are of impeccable quality, that they use them all themselves, and have NEVER had a problem. Such quality and such a sales manager have to GO! What an experience! The sales staff seemed to leave any form of motivation or helpfulness at the door. You're consistently ignored—until you dare to ask for assistance. Then you're left standing there without a word, as if you were just an annoying shadow in the store. Internet? Forget it. TWINT payment? Of course not possible—ironic, considering they supposedly sell tech products. I inquired about my order, which hadn't arrived in days. The response: "It's not here. Just call the head office." And then—no goodbye, not another word, they just walked away. Pathetic. So this is what customer service looks like in 2025.
