Waiting for Mr. Dominik Baumgartner to contact me. The advice I received was very poor. I will cancel all my insurance policies today. I can no longer recommend Allianz customer service. And I never will. It's a shame Mr. Rolf Stähli is retired. He deserved 5 stars plus.

The advice was terrible, there was no willingness to compromise, and I even had to pay for a mistake made by Allianz, which is absolutely unacceptable. Allianz Suisse is not recommended if you are looking for a great and reliable insurance company.
