Very good training here
The machines are generally okay, albeit difficult to program and prone to frequent breakdowns, but the support is a complete disaster. Sales is never reachable, and if you do manage to get through on the phone, you're constantly transferred because nobody has a clue. Orders and framework agreements are incredibly tedious... but Tecan doesn't care because they don't make nearly as much money on them as they would selling a new robot. On-site technical support is competent, but the service contract is ridiculously expensive.
Unfriendly receptionist... You probably shouldn't go any further.
