After moving, we had our internet connection, etc., installed, and unfortunately, we didn't know where the UPK was in this old, converted house. So Mr. Sanders had to find it first, but he was very patient and professional. He even explained to me (who isn't at all tech-savvy) exactly what he was doing, which I found very interesting and incredibly personable. We highly recommend Silicon Networks.
