Roman has been taking care of all the cleaning at our fitness center since the beginning of August. Floors, windows, toilets, showers, equipment, machines, mats, the forecourt, and much more. A tenant of my apartment hired this company to perform a complete final cleaning with a handover guarantee. Mr. Seiler arrived on time, so much for that. However, after only a few minutes, I, as the landlord, noticed that the cleaning had been superficial and only done superficially: here, there, and everywhere... I had to point out dirt and uncleaned areas. Mr. Seiler followed me around, wanting to clean the spots immediately. As a result, the inspection of this work (usually one hour) took over three hours, and there were still issues to address. For example, the parquet floor was cleaned with excessive cleaning agent, leaving it dull and sticky. Then, the floor was washed three times with far too much water before the stickiness was finally removed. Using so much water poses a risk of the parquet expanding and potentially causing irreparable damage to the floor. Please, Mr. Seiler, do not do this.
