The work on our new apartment was fine initially. After five years, we noticed some cracks in the grout, and an employee from Ziswiler repaired some of them. Apparently, the tiles had come loose. This wasn't our fault, however. Although Mr. Ziswiler told us on the phone that we would incur no or only minimal costs, we were billed approximately CHF 350.00. The warranty had only expired a few weeks prior. We find this completely unacceptable and would have expected a goodwill gesture. Since we were tired of arguing, we paid the bill. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Ziswiler.

The Ziswiler company laid all the floor and wall tiles in our new building and also rebuilt an old tiled stove with a state-of-the-art new interior. Ziswiler also installed the chimney system. We were delighted with the professional and competent advice and execution of the work. The work was carried out impeccably. The employees were very competent and friendly.
