Everything was fine until you bought and paid for the yarn. When I rised a rejection, it turned out so badly. I bought a RAW6 blend of merino and silk, a package of 10 skeins. One skein had a visibly defective ply compared to the others, and its weight was 60g instead of 100g. That means 40% less in weight! The response from the company was that they decline rejection because the weight difference is caused BY HUMIDITY. Can you imagine weight loss of the yarn 40% caused by humidity? No reponse to defective ply of the yarn received.They did not even respond to my second email at all. Very sad experience with such expensive yarn!

I left Germany extra early. I arrived right on time at 3:40 PM. The website said it was open, but it was closed. Because of Carnival. No problem, as long as they at least advertise it properly online.

We wanted to quickly stop by the factory outlet on our way home. 4:40 PM!!!! According to the website, it's open until 5:00 PM. In short, the saleswoman stopped talking to a customer who was already there about wool and instead talked about people who were rushing in just before closing time. (20 minutes before closing time!!!!) Absolutely outrageous! As the owner, that would be grounds for me to fire her.
