o The construction was carried out without EO reviewing the building permit – and not as discussed with the external planner and approved by the authorities o Some of the workers were complete beginners – and were not accompanied by experienced colleagues. o Electricity meters were installed incorrectly, the meters were running backwards o Some of the dummy modules and support hooks were missing = modules + dummy panels could not be hung temporarily o There were dummy modules of different colors hanging – black + gray o Information from EO: there is a new construction manager; unfortunately, the email address was missing; only after the fourth inquiry did we receive his contact details (to inquire via email about the next steps, as the new person was never on site himself) o Inquiries were of no use; he did not respond to any of the four emails o EO did not inform the residents when the connection would be reconnected = 1 full day without power o The final invoice includes 108 installed panels; only 106 are hanging (because work was not carried out according to plan)
From the initial consultation to the installation, everything went professionally and smoothly. The team is competent, friendly, and very reliable.
My experience was similar: initially, the first contact and visit were friendly and professional, but despite repeated follow-ups, I waited over two months for a callback, and then after more than a month, I still hadn't received the requested (small) quote. I'm now looking for another company...

Poorly installed batteries. No after-sales service. No response to emails, WhatsApp messages, etc. High bills.
