At AV Weibel AG, you get second-to-none service and support! I had a warranty/return case involving two Epson devices. Elsewhere, I would have had to go through the hassle of sending the device back and forth and repairing it. At AV Weibel AG, both devices were returned without any problems in record time, and Mr. Christen even handled all the correspondence with Epson. You don't often find service like this these days. That's how you win lifelong customers. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. :)

Outstanding customer service!!! I originally ordered a high-end pair of headphones from AV Weibel AG, but they were no longer available. The refund was processed within a day. However, I only wanted to buy these headphones because of a connecting cable that would have been included, as this cable wasn't officially unavailable. Mr. Christen went above and beyond and found me a replacement cable. I have never experienced such helpfulness and customer-oriented service. A huge thank you to Mr. Christen.
