This place was so good that part of me doesn’t want people to find out about it. We will absolutely be back. The hotel is located directly on the lake, and the views are simply stunning. The service is genuinely top-notch, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed and extremely well equipped. But the real highlight was the food. I was honestly shocked by the quality across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every meal felt intentional, from the ingredients to the presentation to the service. My mom was completely blown away, and I did not expect included meals to be this exceptional. I would come to Switzerland just for this hotel alone. We can’t wait to return.
This is the best hotel I have ever been to. Everything was stunning from start to finish. In the wellness area, the whole complex is extremely well taken care of and the views from the pool and garden are absolutely stunning. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, with great views from the balcony and super modern furniture. Also, everything was provided for us, even two very cute bags with everything necessary to enjoy at Solbad. The food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner, as well as the staff, who was lovely during our whole stay and even left me a small cake in my room as a birthday surprise. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, it is so worth the money.
Spent 4 nights in September. Ermitage suite. 4th floor. Absolutely beautiful. Wonderful food. Gorgeous view. We hiked all around near the resort ad weather was ok so did not go to mountains. But great hiking nearb y. It was a quieter place …
We had a wonderful time at your hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. Our family loved swimming in the heated pool and the cool lake. The staff was amazing. Sibylle at the front desk was extremely helpful in us planning our hiking and paragliding activities. Maria in the restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious and we looked forward to our delicious dinners each night. Amazing hotel! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your hotel!
Lovely outdoor salt spa next to a glacial lake. Didn’t partake of the indoor pool but would on return. Be forewarned there are unisex shower stalls and locker rooms.
Our stay was great, the location was perfect on the lake. The hikes arranged by hotel was great. However some of the amenities were not usable for us. For example, the Sauna we couldn't use it because there was a requirement for the people to be completely nude. we asked the guy if we can get a different session for 4 people, he said he will check but nothing happened. Sauna was a big attraction for us but it turned out to be a disappointment. Secondly for the Aqua gym when ever we went there were no instructors to guide us . So we couldn't enjoy that. Also we had two rooms, one room was great , other one had some kind of smell.
