When things are right in a company, you can see it not least in the product. As friendly as you are greeted by everyone, you get a deep sense of welcome. This harmony is reflected in every single dish. Fresh local ingredients are skilfully combined without any of them being lost in the whole. When the apprentice chef comes to the table to serve and present her course, there is a great deal of pride behind her smile and it is more than justified. We are convinced, education is a priority in this location. As a guest, you feel pampered here, as if we were the only ones. This year's game menu is once again fantastic. Selected, varied and well-balanced, it offers the most beautiful view of the culinary autumn. You need to experience it by yourself, words can't keep up! We were not the first time guests in that outstanding restaurant and definitely not the last time.
