I bought a new jump-start device, item number 31310. The instructions are in terrible German! Who had this translated so poorly from Chinese to German?! The charger already smells burnt after just one hour of charging. According to the instructions, it should only take 20 hours to charge. I can smell it throughout the entire room. I bought a new device, but this charger smells like cheap, burnt-out Chinese electronics! The instructions are not detailed – truly disappointing for a "Swiss made" product!
I received the new cases and am very satisfied. Everything went well and the tools are a real joy!
