I ordered and paid for a device online. I received an email, but nothing further. Even after several calls with the shop employee, I received no delivery and no help. They said if they had to order it again, I would have to pay the shipping costs. Prices are almost twice as high as in a physical store. Avoid if possible.

The only option offered was that if they had to order it, I would have to pay the shipping costs. The devices were almost twice as expensive as in the store next door. If possible, avoid them. I'd recommend the Bosch GLM40 or Leica instead.

A specialist shop for tradespeople – primarily frequented by professionals who can also shop there VAT-free and issue their own invoices. You can find – or have someone find – practically anything, even the most unusual screw lengths or nut sizes. Not the cheapest, but certainly one of the best shops for tradespeople!
