Ms. Mischler, the woman behind irm immobilien ag, is divisive. Condominium associations that elect her have serious problems keeping the community together and solving the problems at hand. It's also a disaster… that she doesn't respond, or responds disproportionately unpleasantly, when it would be important to be diplomatic.
I was disappointed with the performance of i r m immobilien ag while living as a tenant in a property they managed. Although the company claims to offer holistic and sustainable property management as well as personal support from an experienced team, I did not experience this service during my time as an indirect client. Problems were not resolved satisfactorily, and communication was more than inadequate. I was particularly dissatisfied with the owner, Ms. Mischler, who was (allegedly) unreachable when I urgently needed her but quickly became aggressive when problems landed on her desk. Based on these experiences, this would be the last property management company I would choose as a homeowner. I cannot imagine such a business model being viable in the future.
Not recommended. Very arrogant. If you want something, you hear nothing. But if there are problems, harsh words immediately follow. Well, karma always comes back around. Never again.

A rather arrogant, narcissistic consultant manipulated certain people – including the mayor – behind her back. That's how she makes a living. Several people at the Erlenau retirement home were disadvantaged during our negotiations.
