This company may be competent in many areas, but not when it comes to hidden water damage or mold infestation. None of the attempted airborne germ measurements yielded usable results. Despite our explicit objections, the second measurement was again taken using plates not belonging to the laboratory. This led to highly unusual readings that no one could interpret or explain. The laboratory stated in its report that the outdoor readings were far too low for this time of year, but that they had no experience with these plates and therefore could not provide an analysis. Krüger also found no explanation for the extremely low outdoor readings and the indoor readings being 40 times higher—however, he claimed it was all normal. After repeated inquiries and mentioning the history of mold and water damage in the apartment that had not been properly repaired, we initially received very vague answers (the outdoor reading was unimportant, unreliable anyway, etc.) and eventually no response at all. The analyses consistently took longer than promised. Deadlines and agreements were not met. There were always new reasons why the report couldn't be written yet. All in all, simply unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent.

We contacted the Krüger company in September for an air quality analysis in our rented apartment. Their technicians came three times. The equipment was defective during the first measurement, the second measurement was not taken correctly, and after the last measurement, we never received a proper response from Krüger (as something likely went wrong during the third measurement as well). Some of our questions remain unanswered to this day. We received hardly any response from the responsible technician (despite phone calls and emails). We also contacted the company again in writing because we were dissatisfied with the service, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. During a phone call, we were again met with excuses and therefore didn't get a clear answer. Our concerns were not taken seriously, and we are very disappointed with Krüger. The entire communication was very unprofessional and disappointing. We would not recommend them again.
