I travel on AAGS buses almost daily and am very grateful for the numerous connections available. However, some things have unfortunately become more problematic lately: - The drivers are increasingly unfriendly. - Some drivers display a style that might be acceptable in a small car, but not in an articulated bus where no one is wearing a seatbelt. - Lately, requests to stop are frequently ignored, and passengers have to shout to be heard before the bus finally stops. Please improve.
One star for you, but you don't really deserve any. There are traffic laws, and Auto AG Schwyz should definitely follow them. Why don't you bother stopping at pedestrian crossings? You just drive right through them every time until someone ends up under one of your buses. If you cut me off as a driver, I can live with that. But not a pedestrian... does someone really have to get run over before you learn?
I travel with AAGS almost every day and am very satisfied. The schedule is adhered to and constantly being expanded. Bus drivers are generally friendly and competent. There are various subscription options, and the advice at the ticket counter is good. Now we need politicians/authorities to make public transport more affordable.
The bus towards Morschach can't even wait two minutes for the bus coming from Schwyz, meaning you have to wait almost half an hour at Brunnen train station every day! Not recommended at all 👎🏻 …
Auto AG's COVID-19 safety concept goes something like this: They cram so many passengers into a bus that there's no air left. The idea behind this is probably that the lack of air prevents viruses from spreading. Then they crank the air conditioning up to full blast so that any viruses that might be present spread throughout the bus and reach as many people as possible. But anyone who doesn't catch a virus is guaranteed to get a cold or backache from the cold airflow. Sorry, but Auto AG is completely out of touch.
Today was a disappointment. The number 507 bus arrived late in Schwyz city center (scheduled departure 11:15). When boarding, I asked if the driver could let me know I could still make the connection in Sattel to Oberägeri. The answer: "It's chaotic today, it won't work." The end result: a 3-minute delay and an hour's wait. It probably depends on the driver, too. What a shame.
