Six years ago, I bought SONA sideboards from Möbel Egger, as the manufacturer was a Swiss company. Unfortunately, over the years, the sideboards leaned forward, so one of my three sideboards hung slightly crooked. I reported the situation to Egger with photos. Their response: no more warranty, find a carpenter to repair it. I called MAB and spoke with Ms. Betschart, who treated me kindly and courteously. "Of course, we won't charge you for the trouble, as it seems odd to us that this happened after only six years," was her reply. I was able to pick up my sideboard a few days later, reassembled it, and noticed that the other two sideboards were no longer aligned with the repaired one. I called Ms. Betschart again and was quite surprised when she offered me a second free repair. Upon returning the other sideboards, it was discovered that the installers had not assembled them according to the MAB assembly instructions, which had led to the damage. The service, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of MAB's furniture are unparalleled. A huge compliment to this Swiss company for their customer-centric approach. I will definitely not be buying my next furniture from one of the big-box furniture stores, but from MAB. I swear! Many thanks again and best of luck to this family business.
