Unfortunately, I find the organization of the Horbern day school (as part of the municipal administration) extremely rigid and not very citizen-friendly. In my experience, formal processes and administrative hurdles take center stage, unnecessarily complicating daily life for working parents. Especially when compared to models in other municipalities, it's noticeable that there's a lack of flexibility and a modern, service-oriented approach. Furthermore, in my opinion, the cost-benefit ratio is disproportionate to the amount of bureaucracy involved. Anyone looking for uncomplicated, solution-oriented childcare will be disappointed. I would like to see a greater focus on the needs of families instead of hiding behind rigid regulations.
