I came here to get rack that no other stores had and although it was out of my way, I’m glad I did. The technician who was working there was extremely helpful, installed the rack for me, and even quickly adjusted my derailleur. Before I left he also helped me look for a safe route to bike back since I took the train there. Thanks for all the help!

What a fantastic team works here in Netstal! After some excellent advice, I found my new e-bike right here in Netstal. The handover was a real treat, and everything was explained to me in detail, including the installation of the apps, etc. The selection of e-bikes was very good; I have the feeling that the selection of full-suspension bikes is larger than what I find in my city.
