Never again Swisscom! I waited 21 minutes on hold with the Trust Service – no one answered. The Internet Box 5 is a disaster, constant connection problems. The TV Box also keeps losing the signal. Swisscom used to be great, but now it's just frustrating and annoying. Completely unacceptable for this price!
Unfortunately, my mother had an extremely unfriendly experience with Swisscom this week at the shop in Netstal. The sales assistant who initially served my mother was very nice, but then had to consult her supervisor for advice. The supervisor was very unfriendly and showed absolutely no empathy towards my mother (a long-time customer who has never used another provider). The grossly overpriced subscriptions and this kind of behavior almost compel one to persuade one's parents to switch to a different provider. Now, two years after the negative review, the shop employs very nice, helpful young staff who are very supportive and extremely friendly. Thank you.
The customer service was extremely poor; I now have a subscription that costs CHF 99 instead of the agreed-upon CHF 49.90. Never again!!
