A big compliment to the staff at the Fust branch in Netstal. I mistakenly called to complain because I thought a part of the appliance was missing from the packaging. The exceptionally friendly Fust employee, however, knew absolutely nothing about my purchase, and I briefly lost my composure. He was, however, 100% correct. Simply because I hadn't bought the appliance from Fust that same day, but from another electronics retailer in the same building. Fortunately, the matter was resolved immediately – I was deeply impressed by how calm and exceptionally friendly the Fust employee remained throughout the entire phone call, while I was increasingly losing my temper. It wasn't until he looked at the receipt that my mistake was finally cleared up. Of course, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to Fust in Netstal for my inappropriate behavior on the phone, and I promise that I will choose Fust in Netstal over all other providers for my next purchase. Again, I'm sorry for my undoubtedly impossible manner on the phone, and I congratulate Fust on their wonderful and incredibly patient employees at the Netstal branch. A truly impressive performance, and a very poor showing from me. Sorry. 👏👏👏👍

Unfortunately, very disappointing. We wanted to get some advice on a dishwasher. The salesman was very polite and all, but the advice was useless. When I gave him the model number of our old dishwasher, he waved it off. Unfortunately, that was his mistake, as he offered us the wrong height. Besides, why did we bother going to a specialist store if I now have to look for an appliance myself? What was also very strange was whether trainees are left alone these days. There wasn't another salesman around. This isn't the first time we've been given incorrect advice. Is this your new philosophy? We will definitely never go to Fust again.

One of the best Fust branches we've ever visited. Very friendly and competent staff who take their time and clearly enjoy their work. A big thank you to Mr. Mächler, who was incredibly helpful in finding spare parts for our food processor and handled everything right up to shipping them to our home. Simply fantastic!
