Anyone with questions about JTL's shop or inventory management system is better off contacting a German company. Even for purchased plugins with an ongoing subscription, support is only available for a fee. With a little research, you can find some service providers here that treat customers better. Especially with plugins with an active subscription, a minimum level of support is required; at least, that's what we've seen with other companies. We learned our lesson a few years ago, and unfortunately, nothing has changed since then.
The DPD shipper problem has been successfully resolved! The plug-in works well and the support team found the issues within a reasonable timeframe.
