Friendly service.
They sold me rolling papers that had gotten wet, so they were all stuck together; I only noticed it afterward. When I went back a few days later to ask for at least a new pack, they refused. I went back a second time, and they refused again. In Switzerland, according to the principle of warranty against defects (as stipulated by the Swiss Code of Obligations), the seller is supposed to deliver a product in good condition. If the papers were already unusable (stuck together due to moisture), that's clearly a defect.
