Situated on the High Street that runs through Niederbipp. This is a family run bakers / confectioners and is well liked by the locals. There are plenty of parking places behind the premises and a few in front. There is a range of very tasty treats including baked goods, cakes, chocolate, sandwiches. My only (small) niggle is the nearness of the traffic but if you go on a quiet day, it shouldn't worry you.
Nice stop for a short snack, staff was friendly and helpful. Food, salads and pastries were ok, nothing exceptional. The environment was nice.

Best bakery in the region. I drive all the way here just to buy a braided loaf. Their breads and desserts are also exceptional. Cash is a bit outdated, but it's always a good idea to have a few Swiss francs in your pocket.
