If you're transporting tires from Germany, go through the door and go to the third floor. There's a window on the right. Hand over your documents and wait in the car. A loader will come out and tell you which ramp to use. Stand on the ramp and hand over your car keys to the loader. Unloading takes just as long as loading, and then you can get your documents.
